Hope Citadel Healthcare is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Hill Top Surgery in Oldham.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience leading a team who is looking to develop their management career within a supportive and values-driven healthcare organisation.
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, working alongside the Senior Practice Manager to support staff, coordinate rotas, oversee operational processes, and help ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Whether you are at the beginning of your management journey or already have management experience, we offer a supportive environment with opportunities for development and access to an experienced network of managers across Hope Citadel Healthcare.
